At Risotto’s MedRim Bistro, imagination and Mediterranean flair drive cuisine to new heights.  Guests dare to explore the bold flavors from the MedRim while sampling an array of featured international wines straight from the cellar.

Menu items are as adventuresome as they are authentic with house specialties like “Lasagna Bianca di la Casa” filled with artichoke hearts, and spinach layered in our homemade pasta sheets, finished off with a trip to our wood-burning oven.  The “Pan Roasted Alaskan Salmon” with balsamic syrup served over parmesan polenta and asparagus is another crowd favorite.
