We have a diverse menu inspired by the Mediterranean Rim, accentuated by an abundance of fresh vegetables, choice meats, premium cheeses and flavorsome herbs and spices.  All of our menu items offer guests exceptional combinations at reasonable prices.

Like olive oil, wine is a key element of the Mediterranean diet. Risotto’s MedRim Wine Cellar has an extensive selection of the best varietals of the Mediterranean region as well as from the rest of the world. An innovative hydrogen-infused and temperature-controlled wine dispensing system allows guests to sample a variety of wines in small portions for a moderate price.

The dining area is uniquely configured with four themed rooms with surroundings that are reflective of France, Greece, Italy and Spain.  Decorated in vibrant colors, rich wall textures and classic furniture with a contemporary design, Risotto’s MedRim Bistro reflects the casual lifestyle and spirit of Europe’s southern coast.

A gourmet market sells retail items, olive oils and select delicatessen items for guests to enjoy at home.
